When Traditional Strategies Make Things Worse
Many PDA individuals experience everyday expectations as a threat response in the nervous system.
That means things like:
- transitions
- instructions
- praise
- routines
- questions
- perceived expectations
…can trigger anxiety, overwhelm, shutdowns, or distress responses.
If you have ever felt like:
- every request turns into a battle
- nothing seems to work consistently
- rewards and consequences escalate things
- your client goes from “fine” to overwhelmed instantly
...this course for you.
