Support Groups

Connection. Understanding. Shared experience.

Our support groups are designed to bring families together in safe, inclusive spaces where stories are shared, strategies are swapped, and no one feels alone. Whether you’re looking for guidance, community, or just a place to exhale—we’ve got you.

Real talk with people who get it.

Parent Support Group

Parenting a neurodivergent child can be a beautiful, complex, and sometimes overwhelming journey. Our parent support group is led by a practitioner with lived experience who understands what you’re going through.

Together, we create a safe, compassionate space for parents and carers to:
• Share challenges and wins
• Swap practical strategies
• Learn from others walking a similar path
• Be heard—without judgement

Groups are held online via Google Meet. You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable—camera on or off, speaking or just listening.

SEAbridge Learning Program

SEAbridge is a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based program designed to support autistic children in building self-confidence, authentic communication, and advocacy skills.

Guided by the Insight Sprites—the heart of the program—kids explore topics like:
• Building real, meaningful social connections
• Expressing and understanding emotions
• Embracing supportive friendships and allies
• Becoming confident, self-assured advocates

Families love SEAbridge for its fun, inclusive approach that celebrates every child’s unique way of being.
